Encouraging health maintenance and self-care is what I’ve been training for since 2000. As a family medicine physician, Inspiring others to take care of themselves is something that I have been doing for a long time. So, starting The Art of Transition 7-Day Journaling challenge is in direct alignment with my purpose as a physician. I literally get paid to provide recommendations for wellness.
With this mindfulness journaling challenge, I want people to focus on specific things as they write. The prompts are very specific and geared towards anybody who is looking forward to making a transition in life. That is why I thought to name it The Art of Transition Journal.
We all go through life transitions that should be documented. Journaling has been proven to provide so many benefits including, but not limited to, reducing stress, boosting mood, and keeping memory sharp. Who doesn’t desire any of these?
I know I need to reap all of those benefits. So, I've been encouraging everyone I know, and even people I don't know, to join in!
